Raksasa mesin pencari Google ternyata tidak mau ketinggalan dalam genre browser. Si bungsu ini meski lahir belum lama, tapi tidak mau ketinggalan dengan kakak-kakak tertuanya itu. Versi terakhir dari Google Chrome saat ini adalah versi 4.0.206.1 Beta

Dengan tampilan yang minimalis khas google, browser ini sangat menawan dan sangat ringan.

Ketangguhan dan kehandalan google sebagai mesin pencari tampaknya di tanamkan dalam tubuh Google Chrome ini. Dengan akses thumbnails yang memudahkan user untuk dapat membookmark halaman-halaman pillihan. Fitur ini memang tidak terbilang baru, karena Opera telah terlebih dahulu menimplementasikannya.

Kecepatan dalam membuka halaman web, sangat menakjubkan (kalau di bandingkan dengan mozilla atau apalagi Internet Eksplorer yang butuh bertahun-tahun untuk dapat seperti sekarang ini ) karena relatif mudanya browser ini.

Tapi mungkin kekurangannya menurut pengalaman penulis ialah, browser ini agak tersendat dalam urusan chat di facebook.

Firefox tak berhenti melakukan inovasi browser. Setelah hanya berselang beberapa bulan, kembali mozilla foundation mengeluarkan update terbaru dari perambah andalannya ini.  Mozilla menjanjikan fitur yang lebih cepat, aman.
